FERPA Compliance
1. Overview
Our assessment is designed to operate within FERPA requirements as a School Official under a legitimate educational interest.
2. What we do NOT store
- No student PII on our servers.
- No raw assessment responses tied to student identifiers.
- Only district-aggregate reports are retained.
3. COPPA
- The game session is administered by the district; student data flows to district systems, not IA servers.
- We never collect data directly from students under 13.
4. Data Processing Agreement
- A DPA is available for districts that require it.

5. SSO
We support SSO integration so no new student accounts are created.
6. Assessment methodology
- Built with Dr. Olena Savchenko, PhD psychometrician.
